25th February 2020 - Online Booking Issue

We are currently expeirencing an issue with our onine booking system, some people may have a problem completing an online booking, we apologise for this and our IT team are working on this.  If you have any issues processing an online booking please speak to our online chat team (click here) or contact us via our contact page and we will be able to help with all onine bookings.

Christmas 2019

Our Office and Telephone/ Online Team will close at 1pm on 20th December 2019 and will re-open on Monday 6th January 2020.  in between these times we will answer all email as soon as possible via out contact us page.  We wish all our friends and customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  We will see you all in 2020.

Child Protection Awareness One Day Course

Everyone shares responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, irrespective of individual roles.

Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018) places a duty on all employers to ensure that their staff are competent and confident in carrying out their responsibilities for safeguarding and promoting children’s and young people’s welfare; the roles and functions of agencies; who does what in protecting children; good practice in working with parents.

This one day courses which aims to give staff the tools to identify / recognise child abuse and what action to take. It will also teach knowledge and recognition of signs and indicators of abuse; how to refer to your designated person.
